Glass Tiles

Orders: Slight variation in color or size, as well as slight color agilation is NOT considered a defective tile. Due to the naturue of glass tile, we recommend ordering 10%-15% overage. This is especially important if intricate cuts are a part of the design.

Lead Times: Lead times can vary from order to order. In general please allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery of all orders. It is possible to put a rush on any order for an extra 25% charge. All rush orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis. if a rush is desired, an estimated ship date will be provided via phone.

Samples: Loose showroom samples may be purchased at a 20% discount. pelase be aware that samples may vary slightly from a future order due to the different dye lots, as well as the overall nature of handmade products.

Installation: glass tile installation instructions are included with all orders. Please refer to these instrucitons. We are not responsible for damaged tiles due to improper installations or for breakage after installation.

Returns: We will promptly replace any tiles that are defective or break during the shipping process. Due to the fact that all tiles are made to order we are unable to accept any returns once they have been shipped.

Cancellations: All cancellations must be received in writing within 24 hours of the original order. After the first 24 hours orders may not be canceled.

Shipping: We will ship all orders under 50 sq.ft via UPS. Larger orders will be shipped collect by freight carrier of your choice.
